 I only did 2 Reps of each, but reps none the less.

20 Grasshoppers
15 Plank Leg Lifts
20 Side Lunges
12 Two-Phase Squats

Weighing in at 143.4 lbs.
Hopefully 2 of those pounds are from my Kinky Twist braids (5 packs of Rasta Afri hair..lol)

Stir fried eggplant with brown rice for dinner. Patiently waiting for my Herbalife order.

No one should be on a diet. We all should be actively eating and exercising to be a better Me.

I've decided to continue to keep the ball rolling with a few things:

(1) Exercise 15 minutes a day for 2-3 day per week
(2) No red meat
(3) Eating more fruits and vegetables

NEW!...
(4) Ordered a few Herbalife products (3 day Trial and Herbal Tea Concentrate)

#5 will be 'Juicing'. I want to purchase that Vitamix blender first.
