Wow!!!!
Life has definitely kept me busy. It's been about 2.5 years since I've posted to this blog. I wonder if anyone has even read what I have posted. My daughters are now 7 and 4 years old....one finishing up the 2nd grade and the youngest transitioning to Kindergarten (Special Ed). There have definitely been challenges in balancing life while my husband is "out of town" but, I am handling business like a grown woman should. Praise be to God for giving me the strength to handle everything I have on my plate.
Since my last post I have opened and closed (going mobile now) my own private Salon Studio called Pressed & Polished. I went to phlebotomy school and obtained my California state phlebotomy license (CPT1), got a Fire Card, MAB (Management of Assault Behavior) Certification, work in a newly established accute care hospital near Compton/Los Angeles on a per diem basis and hopefully will be working per diem at another well established accute care medical facility in the near future. I have completed a Medical Terminology class and currently completing me pre-requisites for the RN/BSN program.
Oh! I'm an Uber driver whenever I have the time.... LOVE it!
I taught myself how to crochet last summer. I feel like a professional now....lol.
Getting started on my 2nd online bible study class with #Proverbs31.org .... love it! The first bible study was with a book called "Keep it Shut". This time the book is called "The Husband Project". This bible study will be interesting. It starts on June 20th. Sign Up!
I shall post more often since I now remember I have a blog...ha!
